  • Prepare data glossary to identify source and target data systems along with the format and structure of the source data available
  • Prepare list of transformation required for data to meet the expectations of the target systems. Prepare the business rules (Cleansing & enrichment)
  • Work with the program implementation team to develop data migration plan in consensus with the implementation schedule of the respective modules
  • Coordinate, build, monitor, and maintain a repeatable data load and migration process for various business needs
  • Monitor the build, test, execute actions on respective scripts authored for handling data migration
  • Plan, implement and monitor data migration programs and activities to meet the go-live timelines
  • Identify key risks during extraction/transformation/loading of the data along with recommended plan to mitigate the impact to the program timelines
  • Resolve data migration issues, and provide technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop testing procedures with the testing team to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications and source dataExperience
  • 15+ years experience in technology management and implementation of large scale platformsolutions
  • 10+ years on program management experience on data migration and cutover activities.
Industry PreferredQualifications- Bachelors in Computer Science/Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive/Mechatronics engineering

  • Masters degree in computer science or advanced certifications on data strategy, architectureGeneral RequirementsExtensive experience on data management andarchitecture using accelerators
  • Certified data architect with experience in buildingintegrations and connecting to source data systems
  • Experience with management of data systemswithin large platform based solutions.
