Your missions :
R&D, Training and Consulting responsibilities:
Functioning as a consultant for our Clients, especially those in the South-East Asia and the MENA regions by advising, training and assisting them on the usage of psychometrics and HR tools within organisational processes.
Handling client requests or queries (such as personalisation of assessments) along with the sales team by contributing to, and helping to ensure that tasks are carried out effectively and on time, as per requirements.
Writing technical content for our assessment and tools(product documentation, guides, product videos, etc), etc.Contribution to the development, revision & implementation of our psychometric assessments and HR tools.
Communication responsibilities:
Contributing to the Marketing and Communication department by writing articles, hosting webinars, podcasts and E-learning modules etc.
Coordinating between RD and Marcom for the collaboration of this content creation and product launches.
Contributing to the innovation of new Marcom materials.
Your profile:
A degree in Psychology or Social Science or a related subject matter3+ years of work experience in HR consulting in the psychometrics sector or any related field.
Knowledge of assessments and talent development.
Strong organisation, communication and presentation (writing) skills.
Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audienceConfidence and charisma - in order to be the face of video content, conduct webinars, presentations etc.
Fluency in English; fluency in other language(s) is a bonus.What do we offer?
