Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong background in building scalable and efficient systems to join our highly skilled engineering team.
This role is essential for driving the development of our backend infrastructure, critical for supporting our innovative AI-driven healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of complex backend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.
Development Expertise:
Develop and optimize backend systems using Mongo DB, Python, and RESTful APIs.
Ensure code quality and maintainability with thorough documentation and adherence to best practices.
Queue Management and Data Handling:
Implement and manage robust solutions using Kafka to handle high-throughput data pipelines, enhancing data processing and integration capabilities.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor junior developers, lead backend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve backend systems and practices.
Innovative Integration:
Employ advanced prompt engineering techniques and AI frameworks, such as Lang Chain, to enhance backend functionalities and user interactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 8 years of experience in backend development, with extensive expertise in Python, Mongo DB, and Kafka.
Proven track record in designing and implementing high-availability backend systems.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development and system design principles.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Experience with Azure tech stack, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Cosmos DB, to enhance system scalability and manageability.
Familiarity with Lang Chain for adding conversational AI capabilities to applications.Demonstrated ability to design complex system architectures and lead large-scale projects.
