Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities

Backup and Recovery:
Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability

Automation:
Create scripts to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency

User Support:
Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot any issues related to UNIX systems

Network Management:
Collaborate with network administrators to ensure seamless integration of UNIX systems within the network infrastructure

Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes

Compliance:
Ensure systems comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.


Technical SkillsProficiency with UNIX operating systems (e.g., AIX, Solaris, ).Strong scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Perl, Python).Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).Familiarity with network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Good Knowledge of security practices and tools (e.g.

Qualifications:
Industry experience focused on IP networks. 7+ Years of Networking experience.
A computer science (or similar) degree.
Experience of deploying software, codes on UNIX environment, configurations and troubleshooting.
