Roles and Responsibilities:

  • A creative pastry chef/decorator who can create visually appealing and yummy cakes and other bakery items.
  • Specialize in Birthday, Engagement, Kids and Wedding Cakes.
  • Excellent skills, in fondant/sugar, paste work, making flowers, animal and human figurines, cake covering and finishing.
  • Excellent skills in decorating cakes with ganache, buttercream and whipped cream
  • Assist Head Decorator in Decorating Cakes and other bakery items.
  • Assisting the manager in daily bakery requirements.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional.
