Job Description:

  • Looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer with at least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB/ITOM development/implementation.
  • Experience in at least 3 different implementations/projects related to ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Event integrations.
  • Ability to create and implement technical solutions from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of tackling complex problems and executing implementations in ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, including workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Responsible for conducting regular code reviews to ensure accurate and secure coding practices.
  • Integration experience with HCM/OIM/AIM and familiarity with ServiceNow APIs.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining integrations of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow using SOAP and REST.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience and 6 years in relevant ServiceNow roles.
