1) Content Delivery Team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Primary Point of Contact for the Customer.

2) Responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between L&T EduTech and client stakeholders.

3) Planning campus delivery at multiple colleges across the country based on client guidelines

4) Coordinating with multiple colleges for placement drives.

5) Collecting and maintaining student database for placement drives.

6) Planning and Delivering Assessments at multiple colleges.

7) Planning and Coordinating entire Interview Process.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Masters in Human Resource Management
  • 2+ Years of experience in Recruitment, preferably Campus Recruitment
  • Through knowledge of Campus Recruitment Ecosystem
  • Knowledge of working on HCM such as SAP SuccessFactors


 Strong Communication skills
  • Good Spoken (English/Marathi/Hindi)
  • Strong attention to detail (for error free/quality work output).
  • MS Office (specifically PPT, MS Excel and MS Word).
  • They are focused on quality and ensure high standards of work is produced.
  • The ability to communicate and respond in a clear manner in a way that is understood clearly
