Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using industrystandard software.
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations, including mood boards, material boards, and sample boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, documents, and correspondence, to facilitate efficient project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Ability to create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings and renderings.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual and visual communication skills to effectively convey design ideas.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in interior design or architecture is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A passion for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards.
