Job Role - Senior 3D Architecture Visualizer
Experience Level - 4 years
Location- Bangalore, On site

Job Description:

  • Create high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations that align with the brand's vision and project requirements.
  • Proficient in creating photo-realistic renders for architectural visualization projects. This includes working on Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation, Rendering, and Compositing elements.
  • Capable of producing both exterior and interior images and 3D walkthrough animations.
  • Able to create a rough storyboard for animations and develop scenes for various camera angles.
  • Strong eye for detail, creative thinking, and composition skills.
  • Expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering large 3D scenes (e.g., city, beach, mountains, forest).
  • Familiarity with different render engines and plugins.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and accurately create architectural 3D models of buildings and environments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and provide updates on project progress.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Visualize and conceptualize creative ideas in 3D, bringing abstract concepts to life with a clear and compelling visual narrative.
  • Independent worker with effective time management skills.
  • Delivery of work in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.

Software Knowledge:
1. 3DS Max, Vray, AutoCad, Sketchup, Maya, Blender, After Effects, Photoshop

  • Knowledge of Lumion and Unreal engines would be a plus.
