  • Collect Disclosures, consents, etc. required under the Company Law from Directors and submit before Board
  • Conduct of Secretarial Audit
  • Coordinate with other functions like Finance /Compliance for smooth operations of the Company
  • Listing Compliances and various filings with Stock Exchanges viz. Quarterly and
  • Other Secretarial work of the Company
  • Liaising with various statutory bodies like ROC, RBI, Other Government departments, etc.

Skills

  • Should be able to handle NBFC compliances independently
  • Should be able to handle secretarial work of subsidiary/Associate companies

Qualification- Qualified Company Secretary-Member of ICSI

  • LLB will be an added advantage

  • 34 years post qualification experience preferably as company secretary of NBFC/Finance Companies
