Responsibilities of Support

  • Assign calls to L1, L2 & L3 support teams looking at the call request and ensure timely resolution.
  • Professionally Communicate with the customers reaching the support centre through the call centre
  • Resolve calls in individual capacity as well
  • Ensure friendly approach with the customers and ensure timely resolution of support request up to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Periodically report to the management current state of support services
  • Enhance internal systems to achieve improved customer satisfaction.
