  • Monitor collections numbers to ensure 100% achievement of targets on a monthly basis.
  • Handle client queries and emails (1st Level Escalations).
  • Coordinate with the head of home loans for sanctioned loans and timely disbursement of documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for clarifications and updates.
  • Ensure demand letters are issued promptly and due amounts are collected on priority.
  • Conduct team meetings regularly.
  • Organize coaching sessions for new team members.
  • Drive daily numbers to meet monthly targets.
  • Manage headcount requests based on business needs.
  • Set monthly goals/targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Maintain a healthy ratio of collection numbers to outstanding amounts.
  • Recognize and recommend promotions for high performers.
  • Review and ensure collection of overdue amounts promptly.
  • Participate in monthly MIS meetings with MD/Executive Vice President.
  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Must be a Post Graduate with over 20 years of experience.
