Product Architect (MyServices)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide Architecture decision to improve the product and integration architecture for Employee Experience platform.
- Drive technology innovation and solution design to provide sustainable solution and effectively work with changes as per strategic roadmap
- Ensure implementation of user stories, features using agile methodologies to fulfil acceptance criteria's & user feedback
- Encapsulate the product objectives into product platform goals to highlight the generated business value and ensure transparent progress communication
- Deliver successful MVPs & sprints jointly with external & internal development team in the solution development lifecycle
- Establishes communities of practices across multiplatform product lines to improve processes, tools, procedures and practices
- Encourage the use of continuous exploration, continuous integration, continuous deployment via tools and automation to drive efficient builds and tests run in successive iterations thereby improving the architecture and quality of the product
- Foster a culture to enable technical best practice knowledge sharing across cross functional DevOps teams
- Work with Agile coaches to help leaders, teams understand Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Establish external collaboration with strategic partner to leverage expertise and scalability for product backlog implementation
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in information systems or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience
- Expert level knowledge of information technology and/or infrastructure
- Good understanding of serviceoriented architecture, webservices and APIs
- Experience with various web technologies like , and Jquery
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout of Product Increments
- Profound knowledge and experience in agile and lean methodologies as well as EA Frameworks
- Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
- Adept with Agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.
- Intercultural understanding and experience
- Strong communication skills and analytical skills
- Knowledge on project and program delivery
- Executes his/her responsibilities with knowledge, accuracy, persistence, resilience, and creativity seeking to work both independently and collaboratively.
