  • Co-ordinate meetings: schedule, agenda, invite, MoM, prepare slides, action follow-up Weekly team meetings
  • Coordinate with different teams to get their inputs for monthly reports and newsletters.
  • Reports: Prepare/update ppt (a) Monthly measurables/KPI (b) BU highlights ('c) BU (1pager) capabilities, strategy, HC prog, key-prjs
  • Travel related: Co-ordinate (agenda, travel, food, stay) visitors - affiliates & 3rd part
  • Events related: (a) Support EGR at RMZ (b) Summarise visits & events ('c) Conduct survey, results & follow-up actions
  • Cost related: Support/review cost allocation to BUs (a1) Consolidate monthly x-chrage from global engg
  • GRIN review & approval for Kalyani/ RMZ
  • General support: e-mail, banner preparation, gifts, flex print, ad-hoc reports, approval follow-up
  • Draft communications for Engg organization announcements, new employee announcement and newsletters.
Required Competency

Experience: 6~9yrs

Education: Bachelor's degree (Engg preferred)

Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Power ppt and English communication (written & spoken). Position shall interact with affiliates directly.
