As a QA Automation Leadyou will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality andreliability of our software solutions.
Responsibilities1.

Lead and Mentorship:
Provide leadership and guidance to the QAautomation team. Mentor team members fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and improvement.2.

TestAutomation Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive testautomation strategy for the organization using Python. Evaluateexisting testing processes and identify opportunities forautomation. Promote and enforce TestDriven Development (TDD)practices within the development teams using Python.3.

Tool Selection and Implementation:
Selectappropriate automation tools and frameworks based on projectrequirements emphasizing Pythonbased solutions. Implement andmaintain automated test scripts using TDD principles with Python.
Integrate BehaviourDriven Development (BDD) techniques into theautomation process using Python frameworks like Behave or PyTest.4.

Test Planning and Execution:
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to develop test plans and test cases.
Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure the quality ofsoftware releases. Develop and maintain automated acceptance testsusing BDD scenarios written in Python. 5.

Defect Management:
Identify document and track defects workingclosely with development teams to facilitate resolution

6 Continuous Improvement:
Proactivelyidentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in QAactivities. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements intesting methodologies particularly in Python automation.7.

Communication:
Effectively communicatetesting progress results and risks to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolveissues.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation with a focus onPython. Proven experience leading andmentoring QA automation teams. Proficiencyin test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium JUnitTestNG) with a strong emphasis on Pythonbased solutions. Experience with continuous integration anddelivery pipelines. Solid understanding ofthe software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong communication and collaborationskills

Certifications(optional): Relevantcertifications in QA or test automation (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are aplus.
