What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Financial Analyst to enhance the financial planning and decision-making processes in line with our rapid growth trajectory. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating key insights to steer our business strategy, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and refining our financial modeling capabilities to align with the introduction of new products and services.

What will you be doing

  • Establish and maintain a robust long-term planning model to support financial planning and aid the leadership in strategic decision-making
  • Lead continuous enhancement and Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives across Finance and the wider organization
  • Offer financial expertise across various areas, especially pricing strategy, investment assessments, product and customer profitability, and unit economics
  • Prepare monthly commentary for MIS reporting and contribute to Quarterly Board Meetings
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and establish the FP&A Center of Excellence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis
  • Extensive background in creating budgets from scratch, implementing effective policies, cost controls, and monitoring expenditures
  • Proficiency in generating reports from ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is preferred)
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with a proven track record
  • Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies

Other requirements

  • Qualified CA (Ranker/1st Attempt)
  • Background in Investment Banking or Consulting
  • Proficiency in SQL
