Position:
Customer Support Representative (Thai)

Location:
Remote from anywhere in the worldEmployment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)

Remuneration:
Fixed monthly payment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients worldwide through live supportAnswer emails, assist with opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client recordsDemonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and managementHandle back office queriesSupport clients with technical and troubleshooting issuesReport to the management and deal with all departments to resolve issuesProvide support and troubleshooting on Trading PlatformsHandle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided


Promote available products and services to clients, provide all relevant information to clientsDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clientsContribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.


REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Thai, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Knowledge of FX industry will be considered as a major advantagePrevious experience in a similar position will be considered as a major advantage

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

Able to work efficiently under pressureExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)Working schedule:
Monday to Friday.
