Job Summary:We are searching for a


Senior Architect for our real estate projects, who will have a crucial role in driving architectural design efforts, supervising project development, and ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.


You will need to translate client requirements into innovative and practical architectural solutions while following regulatory standards and industry best practices.


You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver top-notch projects that meet or surpass expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for real estate development projects.
  • Create and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and consultants to blend architectural design with engineering and construction requirements.
  • Offer guidance to sub consultants like MEP, structural, and landscape architects, and coordinate with them to develop design specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements during the design process.
  • Perform site evaluations and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of locations for proposed developments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, giving guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to guarantee accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to handle design-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and materials in architecture and design to enhance project outcomes and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Engage in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations to communicate progress and seek feedback.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design.
  • Regularly travel to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Capacity to handle numerous projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budget limitations Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Vray etc.
  • Great design sensibility and creativity, with an acute eye for detail.
  • Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and building systems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to varied audiences.
  • High levels of creativity and imagination
  • Registered architect with Council of Architecture
