Case Creation and Chat and proactive outbound via ZoomWhat you'll do

Your main duty is to interact with customers and resolve customer queries via our channels of supportYou will work on issues our customers are facing using your troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify and address the root causeWe do not have an inbound phone support line, so your main channels of support with customers will be on cases and via chat, although we do expect you to proactively book Zoom calls with customers, especially when they are struggling or have multiple issues to resolve

What you'll bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environmentExceptional Customer Support skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant education in Business/Commerce, Accounting or similar experience is desirableAwareness of what it takes to run a small to medium sized business, run a warehouse, supply chain or manage inventory would also be advantageousWhy CIN7?
