Demand Generation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team.

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and supporting marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include making first point of contact with the prospect through emails and cold calls. This is a remote position, and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. The job requires working during US shift. Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential prospects, introducing our products/services and identifying opportunities for engagement.
  • Coordinate with the prospects and the frontend team to set up business meetings/calls. Further, briefing the frontend team about the prospect after conducting secondary research and collating relevant information.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership
  • Drive data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage prospect data, track interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Assist in creating and implementing strategies to nurture and engage leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRMENT
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering is desirable but not essential). Hybrid after 6 months
  • Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage prospects.
  • Strong cold calling skills and experience in executing successful mail campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Availability to work during US shifts to align with our target market.
