Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying and appointing dealers for market penetration and increased market share
- Analyze and compare sales plans to achieve targeted sales
- Oversee product sales activities for increased growth
- Assist dealers in reaching targets and provide training
- Ensure new product placement in appropriate channels
- Manage SKU range availability at key outlets
- Develop sales promotional programs for brand building
- Ensure dealer profitability and compliance with organizational policies
- Produce monthly territory monitoring reports and analyze competitor activities
- Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and competitor sales
- Resolve dealer issues to maintain strong business relations
