Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identifying and appointing dealers for market penetration and increased market share
  • Analyze and compare sales plans to achieve targeted sales
  • Oversee product sales activities for increased growth
  • Assist dealers in reaching targets and provide training
  • Ensure new product placement in appropriate channels
  • Manage SKU range availability at key outlets
  • Develop sales promotional programs for brand building
  • Ensure dealer profitability and compliance with organizational policies
  • Produce monthly territory monitoring reports and analyze competitor activities
  • Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and competitor sales
  • Resolve dealer issues to maintain strong business relations
