About the Department

The Commercial, GBS department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics.

The Position

As a Sr. Associate project manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Create and develop project plan, monitor and control project work, i.e., drive projects within budget, scope and time for web development.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and accordingly allocate project and Multichannel operations subject matter expert.
  • Resources and establish the appropriate project governance together with stakeholders & team lead.
  • Report project performance to the relevant stakeholders and management.
  • Contributor to deliver on Content Hub KPI's that is quality on par with existing agency production, time to market, satisfaction and cost avoidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/master's degree (within business, science or engineering) with results in top 10% or other relevant business experience, e.g. from web management firms.
  • 5+ years of experience in multichannel project management and hands-on experience in client management, preferably in healthcare/pharma industry.
  • Strong working experience in AEM CMS.
  • Preferred to have experience working with Veeva & Microsoft SharePoint project.
  • Manage multiple and entire projects in parallel, meeting all commitments, dealing with all issues and actively driving project decision making.
  • Independently ensure management involvement when necessary.
  • Drive project problem solving, including defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritising issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations.
  • Manage and take full ownership of services, including follow-up and manage time, scope and quality.
  • Identify and handle all relevant stakeholders within project portfolio and own area of work.
  • Understand and use proper communication methods and techniques in relation to project.
