Job Description

To support the Service Department in providing high-quality field service to customers on-site 24/7, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a bridge between external clients, internal departments, and Field Service Engineers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Providing top-notch field service and administrative support to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinating with customers, internal departments, and third-party teams
  • Ensuring planned works meet customer satisfaction
  • Performing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on security equipment
  • Maintaining daily complaint logs and spare parts inventory
  • Managing manpower deployment, leave planning, and resource allocation
  • Conducting HSE activities including safety awareness and audits
  • Coordinating onsite repairs and project execution
  • Updating reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders
The Individual

Skills and Experience

  • Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in field service engineering
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge in electronics, electrical, and IT
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Database Management
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service under pressure
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
