Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to verify and process invoices complying with the company policies and procedures
  • Perform vendor reconciliations and identify discrepancies
  • Raising sales invoices to customers and intercompany
  • Perform Journal posting into ERP
  • Assist Accountants in preparing Balance sheet schedules, process daily intercompany transactions
  • Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
  • ERP experience
  • Spreadsheet skills (vlookup/Pivot table, etc)
  • Assist Accountants in Ad hoc reports if any

Requirement:

Qualification:Graduation Work Experience:
2- 5 years

  • Skilled in Excel & ERP's
