Sagar Asia Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in the Aluminium Doors & Windows industry.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

This position is based in Hyderabad and will involve both sales and marketing responsibilities to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aluminium Doors & Windows market.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's Aluminium Doors & Windows products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and results for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Aluminium Doors & Windows industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with OrgaData, EVA or Windowmaker will be helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
