Requirement :

  • 15+ years of experience in commerce platform in which at least 10+ years of experience in Adobe Commerce (aka Magento) and at least 2+ years of experience in another commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Commerce tools, SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.
  • Proven track record of leading large technical teams, competencies, or Centers of Excellence (COE) in the digital marketing domain.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Expertise in the following languages and technologies : HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, PHP, servicesbased architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
  • Experience working in presale and marketing.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as commerce, D2C, experience driven commerce, personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
