● Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.

● Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.

● Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.

● Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.

● Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

● Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals.

● Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.

● Fluent, and good communication skills.

● Quick thinking and should be target-oriented.

● Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi.

● MBA is preferred.

● Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore.
