ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote sales of the Company's Supply Chain & Logistics contract solutions for India, focusing on sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, chemical, and consumer goods.
Key duties include:- Expand and service clients' portfolio by identifying new opportunities and target markets within the country.
- Develop and implement pricing and growth strategies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities involve:
- Analyze competitive position and develop market strategies to drive growth of the assigned Business Unit.
- Monitor market developments to identify opportunities for marketing Total Integrated Logistics services and expanding to new markets.
- Lead strategies, customer engagement, and revenue generation for key accounts and new business segments.
- Set and meet local sales and marketing targets approved by Management.
- Monitor customers' business development to align Company strategies with their growth plans.
- Manage logistics services agreements/contracts and track competitive environment and business progress for strategic accounts.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in 3PL/Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Extended knowledge of customs, air and sea freight industry, multi-modal operations, and financial management.
- Proficiency in English (read, spoken, written).
