Job Description:

  • Seeking self-motivated engineers to validate and debug device and system levels in post-Silicon.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and execution of silicon validation for DSP cores on multiple projects and platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues by offering detailed guidance and driving problems to resolution.
  • Write and review validation test plans for DSP Processors at the SoC level.
  • Create validation suite and automate testing processes.
  • Develop directed, random, and pseudo-random diagnostics for validation in compliance with Silicon specifications and use cases targeting Hexagon Digital Signal Processors (QDSP).
  • Debug diagnostics on various platforms using Simulations, JTAG, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in test-environment setup and development to achieve team goals efficiently and professionally.
  • Minimum years of experience in SoC validation, Firmware, or Driver development.
  • Pre-Silicon emulation and Post-Silicon ASIC Validation experience with ARM System-On-Chip related to board bring up and debug.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and ability to develop silicon test plans and guidelines.
  • Collaborate and coordinate effectively across teams and sites.
  • Familiarity with Lauterbach Trace environment.
  • Experience in assembly and C programming.
  • Hands-on experience in SOC architecture, micro-processor verification, and silicon debug environment.
  • Experience in processor programming and simulation.
  • Knowledge of processor silicon In Circuit debuggers and design for debug techniques.
  • Understanding and experience in operating advanced logic analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Protocol Analyzers, and power measurement equipment.
  • Required qualifications: ECE/CSE/EEE.
  • ARM V/V, ETM, ETB, STM, STB, Trace, DSP.
