Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including mass production and hardware power products
- 5+ years in a managerial position
- Extensive knowledge in mass production, product engineering, and electrical engineering
- Proficiency in circuit schematics, PCB layout, simulation tools, and more
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Experience with global companies and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
- Understanding of energy systems and product development
