Job Responsibilities:
Integration of organizational Performance monitoring system and individual performance monitoring system.
Manage an organizational Balance Score Card (BSC) across the company and its subsidiaries and help the functional heads to cascade down at functional and individual levels.
Communicate with all the concerned appraisers & appraisee and make them understand the process.Designing, implementing & managing performance management process goal setting, year-end performance review processes.
Automate the process of performance management system.
Designing, implementing, calculating & disbursing yearly performance incentives and quarterly token of appreciation (TOA).
Experience And Skills:
