Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have a solid understanding of WFM fundamentals
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of strategic workforce planning, scheduling, RTM, and reporting
- Lead Resource Planning, Scheduling, and Reporting
- Optimize schedule placement to best match volume arrival
- Analyze volume drivers by source and handle time
- Recommend process improvement solutions
- Constantly review and provide feedback on areas of potential risks
- Plan and implement new WFM capabilities and initiatives
