Job Title- Product Specialist (Networking role)
Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timings: North America Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
Your Role:
We seek a Senior Engineer to deliver consulting, services, and support to PTC clients. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues reported by customers using PTC IoT products and guiding them in implementing comprehensive IoT solutions.
Your Impact:
This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain exposure to the IoT sector and expand their expertise as a Technical Consultant.
Day-To-Day:
- Taking ownership of reported customer issues and ensuring their resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system problems
- Following standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to internal teams
- Experience in customer support
- Familiarity with networking and protocols
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of PLCs is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Understanding of ThingWorx/IoT domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
