Associate Director (Sales) - US Market
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to achieve established goals and objectives
- Collaborate with various teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to maintain a cohesive strategy for acquiring and retaining clients
- Guide and support a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and training to enhance their performance and drive team success
- Create sales plans and budgets on a yearly and quarterly basis to meet revenue targets, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Continuously assess and optimize sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, promoting consistent best practices
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management
- Utilize our customer relations management software effectively and possess strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrate the capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in the educational technology sector within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work six days per week
- Available for night shifts when required
