Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to achieve established goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with various teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to maintain a cohesive strategy for acquiring and retaining clients
  • Guide and support a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and training to enhance their performance and drive team success
  • Create sales plans and budgets on a yearly and quarterly basis to meet revenue targets, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Continuously assess and optimize sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, promoting consistent best practices
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management
  • Utilize our customer relations management software effectively and possess strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrate the capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • Previous experience in the educational technology sector within a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work six days per week
  • Available for night shifts when required
