As an Operations Analystspecializing in Background Verification you will play a crucialrole in the onboarding process of new hires by ensuring theauthenticity and accuracy of their credentials. This position ispivotal for maintaining the integrity of the hiring process andensuring that all employment decisions are based on verifiedinformation.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Scrutinizecredentials documents and facts of potential employees during theonboardingprocess.
  • Initiatebackground checks and ensure their completion within settimelines.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry and verify the accuracyof data entered into databasesystems.
