The Functional Training will own new hire onboarding, employee end-to-end performance development & engagement activities in a fast-paced, high-volume Functional Training (FT).

Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Primary)**:

Onboarding:
Create, execute & optimize the CSC onboarding strategy, content and delivery approach.

  • Build & maintain a talent pipeline for the full CSC
  • Leverage multiple modalities such as instructor led training, digital learning & coaching to effectively prepare new hires to succeed & grow in their roles within the first 30, 60, 90+ days of their employment
  • Minimize time to proficiency for new hires within learners' cognitive boundaries

Development:
Work with global and local stakeholders to identify, minimize & eliminate performance gaps.

  • Collaborate with global and onsite stakeholders to identify, minimize & eliminate performance gaps across the CSC
  • Promote an organizational culture that facilitates tacit and explicit knowledge sharing and organizational learning
  • Onboard learning suppliers, hire & lead a team of trainers to support our initiatives
  • Foster selfdirected learning & professional development; support learners with prioritization, timeblocking & other resources
  • Set & reach goals for classroom attendance & digital learning adoption, coordinate logistics & assign trainers

  • Ability to perform & lead techsavvy teams in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated record of managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and handling competing and changing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to continuous change and short deadlines
