Plan, Design and execute chemical reactions

for process development and optimization,

Collaborate with analytical department to help new analytical method

development and analytical data interpretation

e.g. GC, HPLC, LCMS, NMR, FTIR, etc.
Perform scale up

batches

to production as well as propose related solutions for smooth scale up and monitor batch wise quality, Yield against standardAccomplishment of department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating departmental activities.

Prepare a new

and try to commercialize them along with their application.
