Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent, while also overseeing people management and cultivating a positive organisational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

2. Onboarding:

Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and informed about company policies, procedures, and culture.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

3. People Management:

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, performance management, and career development.

Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as needed.

Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement employee development plans.

4. Culture Management:

Promote and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values and goals.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Organize team-building activities and cultural events to strengthen company culture.

5. HR Policies and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated to all employees.

Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.

Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to HR practices and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of [X] years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and culture management.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
