  • Provide leadership to the Sales team for achieving sales targets both Primary and Secondary sales.
  • Responsible for developing the correct sales behavior in the organization by driving a strong sales processes, with a strong discipline to achieve business goals (Revenue, Collections, Funnel, etc) and to drive sales productivity every month.
  • Responsible for maintaining a healthy balance between short term and long-term results and goals by driving revenue and order booking goals every month.
  • Provide guidance to the team to drive new growth initiatives for the business - Lead and drive the engagement with key stakeholders like end users, system integrators and distributers.
  • Align sales with marketing to actively manage the product portfolio and to ensure that the channel strategies are in line with customer segments served.
  • Keep a close eye on the competition and develop win strategies to win against competition.
  • Drive new vertical/geography sales expansion in Tier 2-4 cities, aligned with channel-product-sales strategy.
  • Play the lead role for Sales function for Demand planning and implement robust forecasting processes.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with sales channels (System Integrators and Distributors) to drive sales growth, proactively resolve conflicts if any and own the success of digital program(s).
  • Define the sales & marketing strategy to launch and scale new products.
