Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and product managers to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role in projects involving Zigbee technology.
  • Strong programming skills in C.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocols.
  • Experience in implementing Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applications.
  • General understanding of wireless networking, including RF principles.
  • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Embedded Linux development.
  • Knowledge of C/Python development.
  • Experience with RTOS development.
