Job Summary:

As the Business Head for Libart East (Libart's latest international office and manufacturing centre), you will play a pivotal role in driving Libart's expansion into the Indian market.


You will be responsible for:
1.

Primary stage:

Developing dealer network for Panora Door & Window systems ( sales, service and manufacturing) and throughout India (specific territories to be discussed in business plan) 2.


Second stage:
incrementally introducing architectural systems on a projects basis to be sold and installed by Dealers. 3.

Overseeing Business Operations:
Oversee and take active role in all aspects of the business unit's operations, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, optimizing team performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to achieve targets and expand market.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the above-described business priorities.
  • Collaborate with head office to align business objectives and company goals. 2.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Dealer recruitment, management, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and run awareness program with architects and similar influencers.
  • Run marketing programs, revise such programs based on constant evaluation.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and architects. 3.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, guide, and mentor staff to attain high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team. 4.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Implement systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs). 5.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Implement and enforce policies to mitigate risks and maintain high standards of product and service delivery. 6.

Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:

  • Maintain understanding of customer needs and preferences in our market.
  • Assure ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries,
  • Seek feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 7.

Financial Management:

  • Propose and manage approved budgets for related systems and services.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue streams to ensure profitability

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in dealership and similar network management and business development, preferably within the construction or building industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Aluminium & Glass market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
