Fundamental Parameters:

  • Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years

Functional Parameters:

  • Maintaining day to day expenses & accounting, maintaining day to day Bank transaction.
  • Ensure that Bank Related Activity is smoothly done, Bookkeeping, calculating end of year accounts, Monitoring financial transactions.
  • Preparing accounts reports, financial statements, reconciliations, salepurchase report, GST, tax returns, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with taxation legislation; Follow up with Company Consultants like Statutory Compliances, etc
  • Strong knowledge in budgeting, financial planning and auditing.
  • Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through followup with the vendor and/or other employees.
  • Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry.
  • Coordinate with Sales teams for receivables related issues
  • Bill Verification manually and through system
