Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits/Compensation
About the Job:
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in HCM, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.
- Experience in a minimum of 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 involving HCM Cloud, is a must.
- Proficiency in one or more specific modules within HCM, including Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Thorough understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
The candidate must have a history of client-facing roles, engaging with customers in various stages such as requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and project management awareness.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, effective planning, mentorship, monitoring, and cooperation with Project Managers.
- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex functional issues.
- Ongoing engagement with clients on project milestones and deliverables.
The candidate should be willing to travel domestically and internationally for both short-term and extended periods.
