Position - Civil Design Engineer - Detail Engineering - Solar Project

** Designing and detail Engineering experience is required to apply to this position.

Multiple Roles Sr Engineer / Deputy Manager Experience Level - 04 To 08 Years Education BE / BTech Civil Engineering Tractebel Engineering (tractebel-) is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for Solar Civil Design Engineer role to join our renewable energy team. Qualified candidates must be proficient with the detailed design and plan preparation for utility-scale solar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities Prepare the conceptual, preliminary, and final design and specifications that are complete, accurate and in accordance with utility-scale solar engineering practices.

Demonstrate design ownership.

Involved with the resolution of design challenges and tackle those challenges efficiently by thinking out-of-the-box thinking and using creativity

Perform detailed design computations and calculations related to the civil site design, mass grading and earth work calculation.

Work closely with the design team to understand technical needs and identify most efficient solution(s)

Work closely with other engineering staff across multiple disciplines

What you will bring:

Engineering in Civil Engineering is required.

Minimum of 4+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in design and development of utility scale solar projects is required.

Understanding of large-scale site grading design, additions to existing civil designs, and earthwork calculations is required.

Experience performing detailed design of solar facilities with complex topographic, environmental, and non-participating infrastructure constraints is desired.

Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
