Team Building and Training:

  • Recruit, train, and lead an inside sales team dedicated to lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Develop training programs to boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

Lead nurturing:

  • Implement effective lead nurturing strategies, utilizing digital platforms, outbound calling, and other relevant channels.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for these activities.

Sales Funnel Management:

  • Supervise the inside sales team's efforts in qualifying leads and progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure smooth integration of marketing and sales activities.

d. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Optimize CRM usage for tracking and managing customer interactions.
  • Employ CRM data for performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and refine the inside sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Introduce feedback and quality loops to gain insights from customer interactions and enhance sales strategies.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and MS Excel
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales administration process
