Role purpose:
Responsible for strategy, planning and implementation of marketing of Products, Propositions and Customer advocacy program pan India.

The responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for best in class marketing strategy to create marketing communications for products and propositions and support in effective launches through an organised calendar
  • Create and deliver Gotomarket for hero Propositions/products for impactful launches of business critical propositions
  • Deliver on customer advocacy program (#Customer testimonials) through orchestration across sales segments and circle marketing
  • Custodian for Pan India marketing calendar and anchor cluster marketing calendars for effective integration in to One VIBS Marketing calendar
  • Work with Product, Mobility and IoT Lines of Businesses and Proposition teams to drive effective go to market initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting of program deliverables, and taking initiatives to progressively improve the plan/execution to deliver expected results

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Strategic Communications: Plan and execute annual calendar. Execute national ATL & BTL marketing campaigns to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation

GTM & Messaging:Develop impactful GTM Kit, key messaging for external audience, media, analysts and key internal audience (leadership)
-
Manage key agency relationships: Creative agency & Media and Event
-
Cross-Functional: Effective liaising with Product, propositions and commercial/CVM teams to drive through a coordinated calendar and consistent business outcomes.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • 8 years of experience in Marketing. Blend of B2B and B2C preferred
  • Expertise in product marketing
  • Strong program management and relationship skills
  • Operational excellence
  • Result driven
  • Creative Individual from the FMCG/IT"Telecom/Retail or from agency managing the said industries portfolio

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
