Who are you...

You are an Analyst -

  • Resolve Level 1 & 2 Ariba Ticket queries within defined SLAs in the Colgate Palmolive Request System (CPRS)
  • Completing vendor enablement tickets
  • Supervise PO replication errors from SRM to SAP and address any issues
  • Execute procurement operations that support the IP Procurement organization
  • Work on reports, ad-hoc projects/tasks

You connect the dots -

  • Review SC purchase requisition requirements and collaborate efficiently to fulfill requisitions in the form of a Purchase Order
  • Complete supplier onboarding requests within defined SLAs following location-specific vendor scripts
  • Escalate issues to SG 10 or 11 before proceeding with SR tickets

You are a collaborator -

  • Review and resolve all audit queries in a timely manner
  • Periodically review SOP and suggest necessary changes in consultation with relevant collaborators

You are an innovator -

  • Engage in standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and other business partner projects

What experience and knowledge will you bring?

  • Any graduate with at least 1 year of experience
  • Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in Ariba and vendor management
  • Desired experience in SAP
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications
