The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch's financial targets.
  • Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.
  • Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Coaching, training and developing branch staff.
  • Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
  • Managing a team of 11-50 people.

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience ideally as a Branch Manager within Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange, Private Banking and Retail Banking.
  • You have working knowledge of Recruitment, Team Handling, Mortgage Sales, Loan against property and Business Loan
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
