Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

What You'll Need to be Successful in this RoleOver 10 years of experience as Program Manager, handling large scale projects with multiple teams

Over 5 years of experience as an Agile coach and trainer

Over 3 years of experience as Release Train Engineer, handling delivery through multiple scrum teams

Hands on experience as a scrum master.

Advance skills in leading and influencing teams through change

Extremely organized with advance time-management skills and ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams

Passionate and energized self-starter and problem solver

A masterful coach and mentor

Excellent presentation skills (content creation and delivery)

Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills

Certifications desired:
PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CEC, SPC4/SPCT4
