Position Details:

Role: Post-Doctoral Fellow in the School of Management, BML Munjal University (BMU)

Duration: One-year contractual position, extendable by an additional year based on performance

Career Progression: High-performing Fellows will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time faculty positions within the School.

Responsibilities:

• research papers
• with the faculty members
• new research proposals
• research grants
• other task assigned by the Dean

Research Focus: Fellows are expected to dedicate the majority of their time to research, making significant contributions to their fields.

Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty members on existing and new research projects.

Academic Engagement: Participate in academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences within BMU.

Publication: Publish high-quality research in reputable academic journals.

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. (or equivalent doctoral degree) in a relevant field.

Demonstrated ability to conduct high-impact research.

Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
